Print Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original BIRKENSTOCK box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
