How do I determine the right size and width for my BIRKENSTOCK sandals?
BIRKENSTOCK offers two widths: Regular and Narrow. Most models feature an adjustable strap to customize the fit. We recommend leaving about 10mm of space in the heel and 5mm in the toe area for optimal comfort.
What is the difference between the Regular Footbed and the Soft Footbed?
The Regular Footbed features our classic anatomically shaped cork-latex core. The Soft Footbed includes an additional integrated latex foam cushion, providing immediate comfort from the very first step.
How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
How should I care for and clean my BIRKENSTOCK footwear?
To maintain the cork, apply a thin layer of cork sealer when it starts to look dull. For suede or nubuck uppers, use a brush to remove dirt. Avoid exposing your sandals to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
